Renters Insurance is now required by Pace for all residents.

Pace now requires renters insurance for all residents. Insurance will cover replacing anything that may be damaged from fire or flood or stolen. If you do not already have renters insurance, we ask you to please look into getting some. It is not expensive at all. Especially considering the peace of mind you will have in knowing that you and your belongings are covered in just about any situation. If you would like any information, please just call us and we will be happy to help you. Please be sure to provide the office with proof of insurance.

REMINDER...
It is a community policy as well as a city ordinance that if you are walking a pet, you pick up after it!!! We are watching for those of you who are not doing your job as a pet owner and you will receive a lease violation and a fine. Please help us keep Forest Brook beautiful!!!

Anytime you have a service request, we ask that you submit it in writing, giving us permission to enter. This is easily done 24 hours a day through our website or via email to us at leasing@forestbrook.com.

Be sure to check your a/c filter monthly and replace it as needed. Just give the leasing office a call and a new filter will be installed by our proffessional maintenance staff. We now have new anti-allergen air filters that you may purchase from us for only $5 each. At this time, we only have one size, it is the 12x24x1. Please call the office and let us know if you would like to purchase one and we will install it for you.
